04.01.2022 Making business personal. So, we ended up been able to build and complete the custom build home for $300,000 less than originally quoted. Without the drama that eventuated prior with the theft of some of the house funds, this venture would probably have been left undone, even though we had the resources to do it. The beauty is that now we know and we are sharing it with anyone who will listen. You too could have the opportunity to save hundreds of thousands of dollars on your... custom build. For you it might not be the absolute necessity it was in my friend’s case, but an opportunity to move in a better direction in your life that seemed so far away or just not possible. It could be the difference in where you build, the location to the school that children are able to attend or just having the freedom to do those things that the smaller financial outlay affords you, without having to compromise on quality or lifestyle. Some members of my family decided it would be a good idea if I was to do the same arrangement as I did for my friend for them. I was stoked and flattered but at the same time knowing I live in a different part of the country. But I would relocate for a period in order to help them, no problem. Then from that came the idea of creating a program and a way in which I could spend next to no time on site and be able to do the majority from a remote location.
