24.01.2022 I was standing back looking into one of our stores the other day thinking how tough the past couple of years have been and how much strength and determination we are going to need to get through the next two. It was a dark moment that past very quickly! As I looked up one of the centres cleaners passed by, I instantly felt positive! Its always a great feeling when walking through a shopping centre and seeing the properties most important people, Cleaners & Security, walking ...the floor with a smile and drive to enhance the customer experience. These people are the reason we can continue to attend shopping centres to replenish our needs. Its these people that go to work so we can live with a little normality during these very difficult times. To all Cleaners, Security and their frontline leaders, a massive kudos! To the property owners and managers, thank you for being connected and willing to walk a mile in our shoes when making key decisions for the continued success of your asset.
