02.01.2022 We are so thrilled, Bubba no 2 arriving October 2019 This pregnancy has definitely been a lot different to my first one! I have had a few troubles over the last few years & due to this I have been instructed by my doctor to take it easy this time around & not do any high impact or weight bearing exercise, so just walking, yoga & swimming for me. I have decided to take a break from training clients until after baby has arrived. Thank you to all my clients for understanding & being very supportive during this time I can't wait to meet our little bundle of joy & get back into it!
