16.01.2022 *****Stock Updates***** Banksia now SOLD OUT! Thank you everyone who got a bottle of this beutiful Mead. It was a limited release and we have now sold out! We hope to get some more banksia honey this year so keep an eye on 2021! RED GUM... ONLY 5 BOTTLES LEFT!!! THAT'S RIGHT ONLY 5! ONCE IT IS GONE IT IS GONE! Like the Banksia we hope to get more but it will be a bit of a wait. LOKI'S FIRE Only 10 bottles left!! We have had a massive run on orders for this awesome Chilli Mead. While we will be making more it may not be for a while so get in quick before it is gone!

11.01.2022 ***LOW STOCK ALERT*** There is now only 20 bottles left of our very popular "Banksia" Mead. A personal favorite of ours this is a very uniquely Aussie Mead. Made with 100% Raw Gippsland Banksia Honey.... Banksia Trees in Gippsland only flower long enough to produce honey every 2-3 years! The honey collected to make this Mead was purchased in 2018! And last year there was none! This year we have our fingers crossed but there is no assurances! Get in quick! Once these 20 bottles are gone that's it there will be no more for a while!

11.01.2022 *****FUTURE RELEASE ANNOUNCEMENT***** Bearded Bee Meadery are proud to announce the first of our 'MEAD HALL RESERVE' series. 2020 Mead Hall Reserve - A dry Traditional Banksia Mead that has been aged in Tasmanian Whisky Barrels that has previously used by a International Award Winning Tasmanian Distillery. This Mead first hand crafted in small batches then allowed to age in the Barrel for several Months before being filtered and bottled.... Our Mead Hall Reserve is our new annual release, set for release on our Birthday each year. The Mead Hall Reserve is a once off release of 100 bottles to celebrate our Birthday and showcase the very best Mead we have to offer.

10.01.2022 Meathe 1660! Set for release next month! I know alot of you have been wondering about this new range so thought I would expand on it.... Meathe 1660 is the first in a new series of Meads we are calling the "Antiquity Series". These will be a range of Meads based on historical recipes, techniques, yeasts and flavours. Taking inspirations from recipes from the throughout history! Meathe 1660 is a semi-sweet methaglin (spiced Mead) based on a recipe that was first published in 1660! It is a Mead that is co fermented with a hand picked and hand mixed collection of Rosemary, lemons and limes (all grown, picked and processed right here in Gippdland! This Mead is perfect for reenactors or those wanting to taste history. Stay tuned as leading up to the release date we will be releasing more info including a guided tasting of a few of our Meads!

09.01.2022 ***New Releases Incomming - Avaliable from Monday 31st August**** Trydachai - Chai Tea Mead Loki's Fire - Chilli Mead... 2020 Mead Hall Reserve - Traditional Banksia Mead aged in Tasmanian Whisky Barrel [Annual Release] MEAD HALL RESERVE This is a Dry Traditional Banksia Mead that has been aged several months in a French Oak Barrel that formally held international award winning Tassie Whisky. This is a beautiful Mead that has hints of fruit and caramel. Tastes like Australia! LOKI'S FIRE A Sweet Traditional Mead that has been infused with a mix of HOT chillies. This Mead is a scorcher at first but after the initial heat the beautiful sweetness of the honey cuts through leaving an intensely delicious blend of heat, spice and flavour. TRYDACHAI Trydachai is a sweet traditional Mead that is then cold-infused with a hand blended chai mix that is a secret family recipe of our good friend and Head of Brewing Science Sexylegs Chris! This isn't your City Slicker Chai Latte though. This is a BIG chai flavour. Full of notes of Cinnimon, Cardomon and a whole range of spices and teas.
