05.01.2022 Here’s a recipe for fermented buckwheat bread! Full of flavour and nutrition uses just a few ingredients, requires minimal effort and a little patience. INGREDIENTS 450g raw Buckwheat Water 1 teaspoon Himalayan Rock Salt, fine ... 1/3 cup Australian Activated Pumpkin seeds 3 tablespoons Australian Golden Flaxseeds METHOD 1. Soak buckwheat in 3 cups of water for 6 hours 2. Drain the buckwheat, but do not rinse. 3. Blend the buckwheat and 330g of water in a food processor 4. Pour into a glass bowl and cover with a towel, set aside for 24hours 5. At the end of the fermentation, gently mix in the salt and any seeds you wish to add. 6. Pour the batter into a paper lined loaf tin, let the batter rise for another 30mins in a warm oven. 7. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees, fan forced and bake for approximately an hour ENJOY YOUR WARM DELICIOUS BREAD Any questions, please ask! See more
