You can obtain a booking date by either: Contacting Bears, contacting your insurance company or booking in online through the text message facility (if you have received a text message). If you have received a text message to book in for assessment, please note you will be booking in to the address below which is closest to your location. 12.01.2022 A short message from our management team: We completely understand people’s frustrations during the aftermath of these catastrophic events. Multiple hail storms in multiple states during the worst bush fire season this country has known are enough to stretch the resources of any organisation. Bears are working around the clock with your insurer with all available resources to setup infrastructure and claims teams to have your vehicles processed as quickly and efficiently as p...ossible. If we have been allocated as your repairer, we have begun to contact customers to book for assessments in ACT and Melbourne with our assessment centers ready to start this coming week. If you have not been contacted by Bears yet you can also contact your insurance company to book an assessment. Melbourne customers, we will commence assessments Tuesday 28th January. Canberra Customers, we will commence assessments Thursday 30th January. 09.01.2022 Businesses must adapt and change to accommodate for the drastic life changes during the pandemic we are currently faced with. Stopping the spread and keeping people safe is our current mantra as we re-define our business processes to make life easier for our clients. We have scaled our transport division and mobile teams to offer a complete No-Touch Valet service for all our NSW claims. This means that all vehicles booked for repairs will be picked up and delivered to the client’s home address as part of our service. Excess payments can be made over the phone and most importantly vehicles will be sanitised before pickup and upon delivery.

05.01.2022 Bears Auto Group are taking all necessary precautions in accordance with current regulatory instructions regarding the COVID-19 circumstances which is currently unfolding. Our primary objective is to protect our staff, clients and the greater community by introducing measures into our business practices. Every vehicle that is in our possession will be disinfected on arrival and also pre-delivery. We have PPE Masks available for staff and clients and handwashing facilities alo...ng with hand sanitiser. Our staff have been briefed on protocol and expectations if they are feeling unwell are enforcing mandatory testing before returning to work. Our facilities are all operating as usual and we will be contacting all clients the day before their booking to confirm they are fit to come in for repairs. We are taking measures in our production to minimise disruption and delays and appreciate your understanding should we need to alter your repair booking.
