10.01.2022 TUTORIAL TIP: Begin with the end in mind. Our Weightlifters will start learning the Snatch Push Press and Overhead Squat. The benefits of learning these movements early is to: - improve mobility - strengthen and get comfortable in the overhead position ... I don't see the need to wait until heavy power movements (cleans or snatches) are performed before drilling the full movements - learn them now while the weights are light and transfer benefits of improved flexibility are faster incorporated to squatting and deadlifting.
