I let the cold in and immerse myself in the moment Breath holds As the body starts getting into high alert because of CO2 buildup I calm down and relax Jiu-jitsu No matter how tired I am or how hard someone chokes me, I breathe and think of my next move Fasting The annoyance of not being able to eat and the fatigue that comes with it. I smile because I’m alive Carries Carry a bag until your body collapses, as the pain gets intense I draw myself in and feel. Travel Being all alone with nobody to help you, with your friends and family far away. You start to realize that you can handle anything I choose to be here and experience this

This does not neccesarily mean hard and stressful (although in most cases it should) It means work has to be done and both you and I should be into the process.
