I smile because I’m alive Carries Carry a bag until your body collapses, as the pain gets intense I draw myself in and feel. Travel Being all alone with nobody to help you, with your friends and family far away. You start to realize that you can handle anything I choose to be here and experience this

03.01.2022 Most bang for your buck - get the most out of your money and time. With my clients; an hour of training should get you further and help you out. This does not neccesarily mean hard and stressful (although in most cases it should) It means work has to be done and both you and I should be into the process. For myself; my time is valuable and even-though I like training it should be worth my while. What is my intent and how will this help me
