15.01.2022 Final part of Pirate hat Ben project!. Ben is going through a pirate phase and wanted a red and black pirate on pink tulle. It turned out really well! almost like lace!

15.01.2022 Tips for finding time to craft and do the things we love while managing a busy household, job, etc. I love to craft, garden, play with my child etc etc. Unfortunately a lot of things can get in the way they are called time sponges! Get the kids involved with the household chores to make it quicker, give them a job to do and it sets them up for when they are older, they'll know to get in to do those horrible little jobs before they sit down to relax and having fun. If you ha...ve a favourite tv show or movie you want to see, you can have it playing while you craft. If the kids don't want to craft with you set them up with something fun to do/play that way you fingers crossed down have them hanging off you at least for an hour or so. Setting a schedule or routine, deadlines and a list of what is required to be done and then scheduling in the crafting time will also help to keep you on track. Happy Crafting!!! See more

09.01.2022 Whoops...something went a little wrong here.... 2 sourdough loaves, both made at the same time, same starter, same recipe, same conditions, the only difference is the good loaf was in a silicone, the other was cooked slightly longer as it was in a metal loaf tin.
