14.01.2022 Introducing Miranda Beltman Please meet our lovely guest speaker Miranda Beltman who recently complete an 18 Day Detox program with us. Our colleagues, Beatric...e Lemm and Dr Jaspreet assisted Miranda through her personally designed program which included the traditional components of a panchakarma program of: internal and external oleation, elimination, recovery, dietary support and a natural pamper package as an optional extra. When we asked Miranda if she would like to share her experience at our December ’SELF’ Connect, she didn’t hesitate - she is looking forward to sharing her experience with everyone next week.
