23.01.2022 The Crèche team are excited to be extending their opening hours from Thursday 5 November. The team will be here from 8:15am to 1:15pm weekdays. With the earlier opening time, why not try out our new 8:20am Group Fitness classes on Tuesday and Thursday or miss the crowd and come in for one of our mid-day classes. 14.01.2022 Healthy at Home Christmas Edition! We want everyone to stay fit and healthy over the Christmas break and have enlisted the help of two of our fabulous Group Fitness team to help you. Colin has created the Cardio 8 workout and Kate has a fun "12 Days of Christmas" workout ready for you to exercise those Christmas calories away. Colin and Kate have given lots of options for exercises so everyone can join in and stay fit.
