YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAND THESE FORMS IN, UPON ARRIVAL AT THE BAR AREA, WHERE YOU WILL BE ISSUED WITH A WRIST BAND THAT MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.
