20.01.2022 What to do after getting tested? 1. Go home You must return home immediately after the test. You must wear a face covering on your way home. Do not make any st...ops on your way. There is a risk that you could have #coronavirus (#COVID-19) and could spread it to other people. You must remain in self-isolation at home until you find out your test result. Victorian and interstate labs are working around the clock to process all the tests. It usually takes 1-3 days to get your results after being tested, but sometimes it takes a little longer to confirm the results. Your doctor or the clinic where you were tested will contact you by phone or SMS to tell you your results, regardless of whether it is positive or negative. If you test positive you will be contacted by a public health worker from the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) for advice on the next steps. With international borders likely to remain closed for some time, Tourism Australia will be increasing our focus on the domestic market. Domestic tourism contributes about two-thirds of the visitor economy: last year Australians spent more than $80 billion on overnight trips and more than $26.3 billion on day trips.

03.01.2022 #BREAKING: Premier Daniel Andrews has confirmed the 25-kilometre travel limit in Melbourne and the "ring of steel" separating the city from regional Victoria wi...ll be lifted, as part of widespread relaxing of restrictions in the state. The restrictions will be lifted from 11:59pm tonight. It means the rules that are currently in place for regional Victoria will apply to the entire state. 02.01.2022 Great to see our local accommodation blossoming. It started with an idea whilst building our own house, then we built 800m of road to the rear of our 31 acres....after a long wait, in June 2019 we opened our retreat to the world, sharing our magnificent views and peaceful bush setting for all to see and enjoy. With a successful beginning and 5 star reviews we started to see consistent guest bookings with some of you even returning for a second visit, but along came a crazy ol...d pandemic. As you all know, in order to stop the spread of the virus the world came to a standstill and even though we supersized our sanitizing and scrubbing and cleaning (if it was possible to be any more obsessive) the government said no travel or overnight accommodation. But here we are, almost a year later and we get to do it all again. Overnight accommodation back once more from June 1st....who will be the lucky lucky couple to be first back in and snap up the June long weekend and help us restart our bnb?? *squeal Best place to escape the general population and feel totally safe and isolated.
