23.01.2022 || Spring Registrations || Please find below information for the Spring season. The season will go ahead as long as the current Covid-19 related restrictions, g...uidelines, recommendations etc remain in place. REGISTRATION DAY: Tuesday 15th September from 9.30am to 7pm at the JNA Head Office (or prior to this date by attending the office during normal office hours as stated in signature below). Club registrars will be sent further information re: forms and MyNetball requirements. DATES: Commencing Monday 12th October to Monday 30th November (8 rounds) for Junior13U & 17U & Opens divisions. Commencing Tuesday 13th October to Tuesday 1st December (8 rounds) for SET 7U & 8U, GO 9U & 10U, Junior 11U & 12U. GAME TIMES: Due to Covid-19 Phase 4 being in place until at least late October, the game times may differ to previous years due to requiring a 30min changeover time between games. The following game times are approximate and may change depending on the number of team registrations on Registration Day for each age group/division. Game times will be confirmed once team registrations are completed and graded. Monday: (based on having similar Winter team numbers) 5pm 13U, 17U Div 2, 5 6.30pm 17U Div 1, 3, 4, 6 8pm - Opens Tuesday: 4.15pm 7U, 9U 5.45pm 8U, 10U 7.15pm 11U, 12U

23.01.2022 BNC is pleased to announce that we now have a Unisex Uniform for those who prefer not to play in a dress. They can be ordered from Mecca Sports. Mecca does not carry stock but will order specifically based on your requirements.

21.01.2022 Expressions of interest for Spring Season 2020 can be sent to [email protected]. Seasons starts on Monday 12th October for U13s-Opens and Tuesday 13th October u7-u12. If you already have a team please register as normal. This is only for new enquiries.

21.01.2022 Parking at HBF Arena will be extremely busy this Saturday 22nd August due to multiple sports running. Allow yourself extra time or car pool.

20.01.2022 || HBF Arena venue & Parking || We have been reminded by VenuesWest about the issues during club/team training nights and/or competition day, with parking, dropping off & picking up players, netballs going on the road etc which are a major safety concern. It is a condition of the venue that you ensure that all children are supervised correctly and no balls are being used in this area. The warning period on parking infringements is due to end very soon and people not doing... the right thing (including dropping off & picking up causing queues) will receive a fine if they are found to be disregarding the signs and being unsafe. Clubs are requested that they have a committee member in attendance at training nights to ensure that your members are following correct procedures relating to above. Children must be supervised at all times and netballs should not be thrown around near the road. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. We would like to keep all our members safe. See more

19.01.2022 || JNA Volunteer Acknowledgement Initiative || Volunteers are awesome they give their time and energy to make local sports clubs and associations better, and... thats something to celebrate! Tomorrow when youre at the courts, take note of all the people who volunteer, allowing your children the opportunity to play netball. Coaches, assistant coaches, team managers, committee members, timers, scorers....the list goes on! Why not take the time to say thank you to all of the amazing volunteers - you may just make someones day . Beginning tomorrow JNA will be celebrating our fabulous volunteers with a new Volunteer Acknowledgment initiative, proudly sponsored by Emily Hamilton, MLA (Member for Joondalup in the Legislative Assembly, WA). Each week for the remainder of the season, JNA will be presenting a certificate and coffee voucher to some of our amazing volunteers in recognition and thanks for their commitment to JNA and our wonderful sport of netball.

19.01.2022 Please be aware that HBF arena have parking inspectors who will be issuing fines for illegal parking. We are not to park in the bus bay/ drop off area and please do not queue to wait to use the drop off as it is causing traffic congestion and hazards. Venues West will be issuing fines so please obey car park directives. Thankyou for using common sense when dropping off and picking up your child.

15.01.2022 || JETS Trials || Registrations for JETS 2021 trials opens Friday 28th August 2020. If you are interested in representing the Joondalup Netball Association at n...ext years Association Championships or Metro League Competitions, make sure you register to trial. Information will go out through your club contacts later this week. Next years JETS program is currently being finalised, with some important changes to be implemented, and some exciting new additions to be announced. This will all be included in the information you receive as well as dates and costs. 11.01.2022 Thankyou Beaumaris Netball Community for a wonderful end of season presentation night. I am humbled by the Club Person of the year award and thankyou all kindly for your support and recognition. I do this so our kids can have an active and healthy lifestyle and the enjoyment of playing a sport and making friends. 09.01.2022 Dear BNC members, The end of the season is nearly upon us and we are all looking forward to the presentation night. Arrive at Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club 5-5.15pm. Neat casual dress code. Perpetual award and Opens team Presentations will start at 5.30pm and food will be delivered to the players tables during this time.... There will be a short, 10 minute break, around 6.30pm and then the rest of the teams presentations starting with U7s and upwards will start. Parents of the players will be called in when the teams are due to come up on stage to receive their trophies as we are at our venue capacity with all seated. There will be room for parents on the enclosed patio and you can get a drink at the bar. Our AGM will be towards the end of October and we still need a Vice President, Secretary and Registrar. Currently I am doing all 3 roles and President. It is very rewarding to be part of the Beaumaris committee and we meet once a month to discuss Club events. Please contact me to discuss the roles further. We really need your help. Before you know it January 2021 will be here and registrations for Winter season will be open. 04.01.2022 It has come to my attention from both coaches and players that parents are coaching on the sidelines. This has to stop immediately. It is confusing for the players to have so many people shouting at them what to do and where to go etc and they cant hear their actual coach or their team members. It is distracting and undermines the coaches role. If you believe you can do a better job then put your hand up next year to coach otherwise I only want to hear positive and congratulatory comments such as great pass, well done, awesome job, etc. If it continues you will be reported to JNA and fined.
