18.01.2022 A pic from my bathroom To show you that I actually use what I recommend in my therapy room I have worked with some big name companies over the years where pressure to sell was heavy, I really struggled to reccomend these products because I didn't love them or believe in them and I felt the cost of them ridiculous (seriously it is crazy what people spend, I don't believe it is necessary) I personally prefer natural organic skin care locally and lovingly handmade. 11.01.2022 We all slip from time to time doing what we know is good for us. In the past I would be angry at myself, berate myself, hold guilt inside my being. I now know how harmful that is, I know that it does the complete opposite to getting myself back in alignment, it actually feeds the saboteur giving it the reins over your life. So now when I slip I actually give myself love, I sit with it, I look at why did I slip? I examine the beliefs behind the why. This allows me to understa...nd myself more, give myself unconditional love and helps me take the reins. One thing I have recently picked back up is working with colour in my daily practice. Such a simple addition that costs nothing but gives so much. There is a lot of yellow and orange here in the garden at the moment and how lovely the timing as I have been working intensely on my solar plexus and naval chakras recently. 09.01.2022 Are there people in your life, past or present, with whom you are still holding grudges, or have not yet been able to forgive? So often we harbour unfinished business with people by way of holding on to hurt, anger, blame, resentment and bitterness. We do this with family members, ex-partners/lovers, and old friends. I know someone, who at the age of 60, was still holding a grudge against a childhood school friend who did him wrong! Little did this person realize, that holdi...ng the grudge, however warranted he felt it was, was acting as a barrier to him receiving his greatest good in life. Many people feel justified for being unforgiving, and to the mind, it’s perfectly reasonable, acceptable, even logical when it’s in response to deeply painful, traumatic events. However, those who committed the crime or dirty deed, are usually long gone from our lives, yet we remain trapped in time with a literal part of ourselves held prisoner. That means we are not fully available to ourselves, to others, or to life. Not only are we not fully present, fully available and free flowing, we unwittingly prevent life from showering us with all the good it would have us receive. Grudges, resentment, bitterness and unforgiveness, does not punish the ones who hurt us. It has no impact on them whatsoever. The only one it hurts, is us. We become unhappy people, lacking in lustre and true freedom. Sometimes we hold the idea that forgiving the one who wronged us means they go free. On the contrary, ‘Life’ deals with all who cause harm in its own good time and perfect way. What forgiveness does do however, is set us free. In winter we tend to drink less water, we go from heating inside the home out to the cold air, and drink more tea and coffee. I don't like to overly read in books what they are meant to do as I have come to believe they work differently for different people. I prefer to be guided by the forces within the crystal, these beings are not text book by nature

04.01.2022 I often have clients arrive for their facial treatment with a full face of makeup, they apologize for wearing makeup because it means that I have to remove it like it is some sort of burden to me. I have to say it is quite the opposite. I understand that for some Women the idea of going out in public with naked skin is very daunting. 03.01.2022 Hi beautiful people I have been thinking today about "control " I am a self confessed reforming "control freak " I say that with love no judgement There are so many people who adopt this persona of needing to control everything. It can be very annoying for the people in your life. This need to be in control gives us a feeling of safety or power. This usually starts because something has happened to us at some time in our lives (or past life) that wasn't safe, or took ou...r power away, so we develop this need to be in control of everything. If this continues without awareness it can wreak havoc in our lives and our relationships (sorry Farrell and my kids ) The reality is we can't control everything, trying to do so is very draining on our nervous system and energy bodies. This can develop a need to overpower others which disempowers them (soooo not cool) creating controll dramas. The reason I mention this is because we are currently in this incredible collective experience of feeling a loss of control, especially as more rules are placed upon us everyday. Please take some time daily to tune into what feelings are coming up for you. Remember to be gentle and loving to yourself. Less focus on what you can't control and Give more energy and focus on the things you can control ( eg creative projects around the home are great, family tasks games etc great too). Helping someone in need and being of service is a beautiful way of being empowered without disempowering another. I am constantly exploring what I can learn from this experience. I gently and lovingly encourage you to do the same. See more
03.01.2022 A little bit of beauty from the garden here at beautiful journey It has been a very interesting time of hibernation. Just like the bulbs up here in the garden, we too are starting to stretch up out of the confines of this deep time within. I have definitely dived deep within myself and learned so much during this time. I have made some mistakes that have left me more humble, I have seen aspects of myself that I didn't even know were there, I have reconciled things within ...me that I have been avoiding, I have learned even more about love and connection, and my feelings of gratitude are as big as a mountain. We never stop learning and evolving as human beings, a beautiful and wise teacher of mine often says "always remain teachable " This life is an opportunity, a place of learning, relationships are the university of life. We are however not just human beings we are spiritual beings that are having an experience in a human body. This time of deep reflection has been such a great opportunity to feel into who we truly are. I hope you emerge from the rich fertile soil of contemplation wiser stronger and more vibrant of spirit.
