No exceptions, I have been extremely lenient with rescheduling and cancelling in the past but I am now cracking down as its been happening alot! 21.01.2022 I would just like to remind clients that I have a 24hour cancellation policy, I dont want to start charging a booking fee but I have had an increased number of cancellations with little to no notice, this makes it impossible for me to fill the appointments in such short time. Please take this into consideration when booking an appointment.

20.01.2022 Good afternoon lovley clients The Christmas period is booking up really fast so I urge anyone wishing to get pampered before Christmas to please book an appt asap so im not turning anyone away. I have made the decision to close for a break in between Christmas and new year but in saying this if enough people are wanting a new years eve tan/brows I may open up for a couple of hours on the 30th Dec so if you are interested please contact me asap.... 14.01.2022 A quick read for all current and potential new clients As I am a small individually run business I have a strict 24hour cancellation policy on all bookings- I send out confirmation texts the day before your booking. So if you are unable to make it please let me know ahead of time so I have the time to fit someone else into your spot, Especially coming into the Christmas period. If you fail to give notice of cancellation Atleast 24hours prior to your booking if you wish to re...book with me again I will require a non refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of your treatment. I do understand that sometimes things do happen out of control and so much notice just isn’t possible, this will be taken into consideration. GOOD NEWS YOU HAVE BEEN ASKING AND I HAVE DELIVERED! I have loyalty cards on the way for my regular clients, if you wish to be apart of the Beautique beauty club you must understand the 24 hour policy. If you fail to show for appointments or give notice of cancellation I will no longer accept your club card. Thank you to everyone for the understanding and reading through this post.
