08.01.2022 Two months ago we were forced to implement a fair cancellation policy, a 10% fee for cancellations within 48 hours of appointment bookings. This has had no impact on last minute cancellations. Yesterday, we went from a fully booked day to only three clients turning up. This is really unfair to a small business especially given we had to shut for three months this year, and who knows what is around the corner for us. With regret I have had to up the cancellation fee to 50% for cancellations within 48 hours.
