We have Noelene the HOPE ANGEL planning to bring hope,happiness and a smile to all those that pass by. With such a troubled year this year we thought we would bring Xmas forward,to bring a smile to all. Cheryls husband Noel helped create this masterpiece while battling terminal prostate cancer smilin...g all the way though the glitter, feathers and testing of the halo. Lol.
