20.01.2022 Cancellation Policy Due to the increase of last minute cancellations and no shows I have unfortunately made the decision to put a cancellation policy in place.... When you fail to show to your appointment or cancel your appointment it not only effects my own time and income but also my other clients who may have missed out on a appointment. Each appointment will include a 24 hour cancellation policy. I will be contacting all of my clients asking for a contact number so that a message or phone call can be made/sent out 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, to confirm that you will be attending. If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do your best to do so within 24 hours, failing to do so will attract a $10 cancellation fee. If you are running more then 10 minutes late to your appointment and do not notify me, your appointment will be automatically be labelled as a ‘no show’ as I can no longer run into other clients time. No shows will be asked to pay a 50% fee of your treatment. Cancellations made less then 2 hours before your appointment will also include a 50% fee. All fees will need to be paid before any other appointments can be made. Thank you for understanding. Ellie x

I am following all the latest updates and until further notice will remain open until told other wise. 10.01.2022 Beauty by Ellie will remain open For the time being all hair and beauty salons are able to stay functioning. However please reassure that strict health and safety guidelines are in order. I have always had the highest sanitation and infection control practices in the salon which have now been amped up. For your own health and safety as well as my own I kindly ask that each client uses the available hand sanitiser before and after each treatment.... While I am able to do business as usual I will once again remind you of the hygiene practices carried out in the studio. all surfaces (including benches, tap wear, treatment bed, light switch, door handle and eftpos machine) will be wiped down with hospital grade disinfectant before and after each client. Hand sanitiser is a must for each client to use before and after their treatment Disposable equipment is used during every service Gloves and masks are being worn in treatment If you as a client have had ANY cold or flu like symptoms please reschedule your appointment if you show up noticeably sick you will be asked to leave and to reschedule your appointment as I can not risk myself or other clients getting sick. The same policy applies if you have traveled ANYWHERE within the last 14 days. I would also like to take the time to thank each and everyone of my clients for their on going support during this time. I will keep you updated as new government policy’s are being put into place. All appointments made this week and into the next few weeks will stay in place and the shop will run as normal. Ellie x
