Your hair is at its most fragile when wet, which is why brushing or combing just after the shower is a major no-noit can compromise even healthy hair to the point that it snaps from tension. To avoid breakage but still get the knots out before styling, use your fingers (and a leave-in spray, if necessary) to detangle and part your hair after towel-drying.

14.01.2022 Does your skincare regimen do this? Thanks to my friend Natasha McLarty for kindly letting me share her before and after, photos! I met Tash on the High V trip in San Francisco trip in May last year and I had no idea her skin had undergone such a transformation...as she was even then sporting a flawless complexion! I honestly wouldn’t be promoting something I didn’t believe in...our products are #1 in North America for a reason! They work!! But you need to be consistent. ...They do not work sitting in your bathroom cupboard and you won’t see these results from a couple of days use a week! Whether you see a dermatologist or go for regular facials (all good things!) it’s what you do DAILY that has the most impact how your skin feels and looks. This is what Tash had to say: Yes these pictures are so dam embarrassing but look at the difference in my skin !!! Sun damage is REAL ~ living in the Pilbara for 6 years took a massive toll on my face and yes I wore a hat BUT listen up ladies a Baseball hat. If you look closely at the side of my face especially in the left picture you will see the cluster of pigmentation ie sun damage close to my ears. Why ? because a baseball hat will only protect you from the sun front on NOT from the side. So get yourself a broad rimmed hat !!!!! Silly me . Tash started on our Reverse Regimen to address her sun damage and our multi purpose eye cream. She later added our Redefine Regimen (for lines, wrinkles and lack of firmness) in the evening as well as our AMP roller to speed up the results!! Exactly the path I’ve taken with my RF journey!! 09.01.2022 What would you do? If you were sitting with a friend who had a splitting headache, and you had Advil or Panadol in your purse. Would you offer it to her OR would you keep the fact that you had relief (tucked away in your purse) a secret? Here's the thing...... I have a purse (actually a website) full of relief for sun damage, brown spots, dull skin, fine lines and wrinkles, acne, sensitive skin, redness, as well as lots of other issues. I believe in these products because ...I use them and see what they can do. Or how about the need for extra income? I actually just gave myself a ‘Monday Morning Soothe Mask.’ LYNNE SPEARS, Britney’s mum and TISH CYRUS, Miley’s mum are both Rodan + Fields consultants. To quote TISH CYRUS: ‘Just did my Microdermabrasion Paste before going to bed tonight. Going to the Elton John Oscar Party tomorrow night and that is literally the ONLY thing I did to prepare for it! Everyone I know is going out and spending a fortune on facials etc. Not me, R+F is really all I need!
