25.01.2022 UPDATE!!! Yes! We will indeed be reopening the salon on June 1st! Huzzah! However, strict procedures and regulations are going to follow our reopening to ensure the utmost care is being taken to maintain health and safety of Staff and Clients... ... Treatments will be limited. This means that for us to maintain as limited time in each others space we will only be offering Waxing, Tinting, certain Facials and Pedicures. This does unfortunately mean that no other nails treatments, lash extensions/lifting or massages will be allowed until it is safer to do so. We are trying to maintain correct social distancing and minimal skin to skin contact as this virus is easily spread. (We do apologise for this inconvenience it may cause for some clients) No cash will be kept on the premises and therefore wont be accepted as payments. We ask that everyone please pay by EFTPOS! Money may (not all) have come into contact with someone infected and is another way to continue the spread of the virus. (Those with Gift Vouchers, dont worry! They will still be accepted!) Vouchers for treatments that are currently unavailable will not lose validation. When it is safer to do so you will still have plenty of time to use it as we have a 3 year expiry date! On arrival, we will have signage displayed throughout the salon. We ask that clients inquiring about products or are waiting for their appointment please refrain from touching anything within the salon. ASK FOR ASSISTANCE. We will have sanitiser ready by the door for your welfare. Please sanitise when you enter and wait for us to assist you. Please ensure you arrive promptly for your appointments to reduce waiting times, reducing the risk of crowds. If you show any signs of any cold, hay fever and flu like symptoms, please reschedule as we will unable to offer our services. If you are unwell we would prefer you reschedule as would hate to refuse treatments that you look forward too. Legislation requires we perform a questionnaire regarding your health before treatments (nothing too personal, just for everyones peace of mind). Regarding our opening hours... we will have a temporary change until we settle back into our work routine. We do apologise that this might not work for all. However, we still want to minimise the risk of being out in public for too long.
