But please remember to be courteous to us and to other clients by calling 24-48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel if you cannot make it. If you are feeling unwell or sick please reschedule your appointment.... At Beauty on Pikes we have a 24 hour cancellation policy . Cancelling or rescheduling appointments within 12 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost. No shows or cancellations 1-2 hours before appointment will incur 100% of treatment cost. This must be paid before any other bookings are accepted. Please know that I understand the demands of family and work life and things happen out of our control. However, with short notice I am not always able to fill the appointment slot that comes available. I have been very flexible and lenient with no show or cancellations but with repeat occurrences unfortunately I can no longer operate my business without imposing this policy.
