25.01.2022 Self care is so important and right now that should be your biggest focus and priority. It’s so easy to do so much for everybody else and forget about yourself but it’s so important to have some time to yourself even if it is 15 minutes of self care a day. As much as I preach this I am one of those people that always has so much to do I don’t get a lot of time. So since iso 2.0 I have been making it a focus to do some gym classes via zoom, take a walk daily, listen to... a few podcasts each week, have a bath, cooking and baking and just take some time out.
