16.01.2022 LETS TALK LASHES I often get asked what the difference is between lash sets so I thought I would explain it a little further. Classic - 1:1 ratio, the oldest style of extensions, 1 extension is applied per natural lash. For example if you have 100 natural lashes then you get roughly 100 extensions if you have 200 you get 200 etc.... 0.15 diameter is used for classics (the most you should ever use). Classic lashes are the most natural of all the lash choices. Volume - Anywhere from 2-5 extensions per natural lash, a lower diameter is used 0.05 - 0.07 which means they aren’t any heavier (even lighter than classics most of the time). Now we are getting into volumes that’s when the maths comes in, each lash made in Russian volume is to suit the weight and length of your natural lash so they don’t just, well... drop off your eyes Yep I make 150 fans PER EYE for each set, sometimes more depending on how many natural lashes you have Hybrid (not pictured)- an even 50/50 mix of both classic and volume lashes, they are a tad fuller than classics but not as full as volumes and is a perfect choice for those wanting that tad more than a natural look. Mega volume - anywhere from 6-15D an even lower diameter is used for this technique which is 0.03 - 0.05 depending on the person. The most full and dense of all the lash sets for that extra fullness and fluffiness. I hope this info helps with your lash questions and what options to choose
