11.01.2022 With the salon re-opening on Monday the 18th May 2020, I would like to inform you of the salons policies to enable this to happen to adhere to Government regulations and salon best practices. If you are experiencing ANY symptoms of being unwell, please re schedule your appointment. These symptoms include, but are not limited to: a cough, shortness of breath, a fever 38 degree or higher, aches, pains, sore throat, headache or loss of taste and smell. You will receive a... questionnaire by text the day before your appointment. You will need to "copy the text" and answer it and return to me prior to your appointment time. With out this return questionnaire I am unable to see you. This will happen before each appointment you have for the foreseeable future. It will include your full name, address and phone number. On arrival at the salon, there is a hand sanitizing station set up at the door way. Please sanitize your hands prior to entering the salon. During this time, there will be NO extra people allowed in the salon apart from the person being treated. Extra's are welcome to wait on the patio, but only myself and the client in the salon at 1 time. Remember social distancing is still required for people waiting outside. If the salon door is closed, I am either finishing up with another client or cleaning the salon in preparation for the next. Please take a seat and I will be with you shortly :) Where possible BbK is going paperless. I know this is not possible in every instance, however I will endeavor to do this as much as possible. Practice social distancing where possible :) Every possible precaution is being taken on your and my behalf. I will be extra vigilant during this time, and expect you to be also. I have implemented extra measures to ensure your and my safety. These include, self temperature checks prior to each shift, removal off tester products and reading material from the salon, staggered appointments to minimize client contact, as well as an extremely high degree of cleaning :) BbK has the right to refuse entry/service on someone who appears unwell.
