DO NOT bring friends/extra people to your appointment unless they have a booking with you, my job as a lash artist requires my full attention. If this happens, I will ask they leave and return when you have finished your appointment. If you have sensitive eyes/skin or have reacted to eyelash extensions previously, please book a patch test with me first - I will not take responsibility for allergic reactions, my product is of high grade AUS owned. Remember lashes shed just like the rest of our hair on our body, infills required around 2-3 weeks with approx 40-50% left providing you follow aftercare tips. If you have a lash cycle within 7 days after your service - I am happy to retouch for you. NO REFUNDS. Please arrive with no product on your skin including makeup, moisturiser etc as this can affect the bonding of the lash extensions and take up extra time removing the product. Cancellations - Please allow 24 hours notice so I can reschedule you and fill in the space. If you don’t give notice I will not rebook you. Thank you for understanding! Kaylah x
