24.01.2022 To my valued clients, We understand that your feed is flooded with information about COVID-19. At Beauty in You, it is my utmost priority to ensure the safety of my clients. My goal is not to spread fear, but to be proactive in ensuring the safest environment for you. In order to reduce the spread of coronavirus, I have implemented the following: All clients must hand sanitise when entering the salon before any service is started.... Window in the beauty room will remain open at all times during the day to allow maximum airflow into the room. Toilet door and front door handles are cleaned regularly throughout the day. Air conditioner (vents and filter) is cleaned daily with Eucalyptus Oil and Eucalyptus Oil will be diffused in the beauty room at all times. After every client, the waxing bed, pedicure station, nail table,all equipment and products used will be wiped down with hospital grade disinfectant. All tools and product bottles are also cleaned using hospital grade disinfectant this is also used on all surfaces. Eftpos machine is cleaned after each use using hospital grade disinfectant and and fresh plastic sheet is placed over the terminal. If you are unwell or have traveled in the last 14 days please postpone your appointment dont cancel. An extra 15 minutes has been left in between each appointment to allows me to sanitise all areas. If you arrive early for your appointment please wait in the Beauty in You waiting area as this helps me to be able to disinfect the Beauty in you waiting area sufficiently. 22.01.2022 I am writing this post with a very heavy heart. Unfortunately I have been advised that once this pandemic comes to an end Highbury Hair & Beauty will be reconstructing the business and will no longer have a space available for Beauty In You to trade within Highbury Hair & Beauty. For Beauty In You this means that its time to close this book and open a new one, once beauty therapists can trade again. I wish the girls the best of luck and cant wait for my beautiful clients to see where my new adventure will take us

20.01.2022 Beauty In You is so happy to be open again and I want to let you all know how I am complying with guidelines so that the salon is able to stay open Please stay home if you feel unwell or if someone within your household is I have a covid-19 safe plan located on the front desk ... I will be wearing a mask when I am servicing you in the waxing room for all face treatments Masks are available for all clients during your service (if you would like to wear one) The eftpos machine will be cleaned after every transaction (paywave is preferred) I still take cash Appointments should be limited to a max of 2 hours in the salon at one time so you may be required to split some appointments (this includes consultation) There will be no linen on the waxing bed and at the nail desk There will be hand sanitiser at the sanitisation station as soon as you walk in, then again when you leave. There are tissues in all the beauty sections so if you need to cough or sneeze, use a tissue, bin it and then sanitise your hands Please come to your appointments alone, this limits contact and also allows me to comply with guidelines of only have a certain amount of people in the salon at one time If you arrive to your appointment early please wait in your car until it is your appointment time Tea and coffee is still available but will be served in disposable cups. Please dispose of your own cup in the salon bins. I have always been committed to keeping us all safe and healthy but at this time I need your help too. 10.01.2022 MONDAY IS THE DAY ! Well that was a long 48 hours Hair and Beauty can now operate as of 11.59pm Saturday, 21st November 2020.... I am so excited to tell you that all bookings remain from 9.00am Monday 23rd November If you had a booking from this date, your booking remains and I cannot wait to see you at your appointment. For those that unfortunately had their appointment cancelled during this lockdown, I will be in contact with you on Monday to reschedule. Please be patient with me whilst I attempt to contact each and every one of you. As for legislative requirements, beauty therapists are required to wear a mask and it is at clients discretion if they wish to also. I have masks available if you wish to wear one during your appointment. All clients are asked to sanitise hands upon entry (please use the hand sanitiser located at the front door and keep 1.5m distance where necessary. Veronica
