Sign a pre-entry form for waiver and tracing purposes if any covid19 infection happens. All information will be kept confidential.... 4. One person per treatment, NO guest. 5. If you experience any flu-like symptoms, or have been around someone experiencing symptoms. Please CANCEL your appointment ASAP. 6. Arive on time. If early, please wait outside 7. You can wear your own face mask (optional) 8. Cancellation fee will not apply if 24 hours notice before. 9. Bed and equipments will be sanitized completely in between clients. 01.01.2022 BUSINESS TEMPORARILY CLOSED FROM 22nd of July til further notice Dear everyone, Firstly, I sincerely apologise for the bad news of closing my business so abruptly. ... The reason for this situation is that I am living with my mother-in-law at the moment. She starts to feel unwell with some health background issues. Because the number of positive Covid-19 cases in Geelong has been rising recently, also there are some cases in Belmont area, making her very concerned. After work today, we had a serious talk about keeping everyone safe through this second wave of virus infection especially to protect my mum as she is in vulnerable group. And I have to close my business now as a result. I hope everyone will understand for my situation atm, I do not have many choice to make. But it is safe better than sorry for now in a very uncertain time. I hope everything gets completely clear soon so I can be back to work and absolutely discount will be applied for all my clients as my apology for this inconvenient decision.
