04.01.2022 Ok so l am going to get serious and l really don’t like doing things like this but unfortunately it needs to be said, if you book an appointment with me and no longer need it please get in touch ASAP, appointment reminder messages are sent 24 hours before appointments with my contact information, l completely understand sometimes things happen out of our control and therefore you may not be able to come to a booked appointment, however no shows are very frustrating and a little rude, that time could have been give to someone else, given the year small businesses have had its costly, please remember this is my full time job and l love every minute of it but this year has definitely been testing. Sorry for the long rant. X

01.01.2022 I have poured my heart and soul into my business for the past 5 years, asked my family to make sacrifices for it, to which they did, this year has honestly been the hardest l understand it’s been for the greater good but seriously this has gone on to long now, l am sorry to my family for roller coaster of moods they have had to put up with for the past 7 months, l am sorry to my clients. and it seems once again the goal posts have been moved
