14.01.2022 Calling all Sydney FB friends. POW Hospital former CNS Keith Donnelly runs a charity called Keith's Closet. He has reached out asking for donations of clothes and bed linen for the people of Cobargo, who have lost a lot, including 4 people who have tragically diedfighting the fires. Drop off points in Marrickville, Prince of Wales Hospital or Revesby. Message below from Keith : Hi all ACTION REQUIRED... As most of you know at this stage many many parts of Australia are experiencing horrendous fires which by the looks of things will not be ending any day soon. With loss of life, loss of homes, businesses and devastating stories to be told, I think it's a good time to step up to the plate and do whatever we possibly can to help those most in need at this time. I was speaking with my friend Phillip Shipton who's brother Steve has been caught up in the middle of the bushfires in Cobargo (please see article attached). It's one case of many currently happening around Australia yet looks more suited to a Hollywood movie set than real life! Therefore...I am looking for your additional help and on behalf of Keith's closet I would like to start a drive for additional clothing (including children's) bed linen, pillows, towels, toiletries, basically anything you or I would need if faced with these horrendous scenes.
