02.01.2022 Hey guys! It's so important to stay hydrated, especially in the summer. When you are hydrated, your whole body feels it. You will have clearer skin, feel better, be more awake and more. I know the struggle of having a good water bottle. One that you can put lots of ice in and don't have to constantly refill every two seconds. Arbonne water bottles are amazing and I have been using them for almost 5 years now. They open at two places, the top for drinking and just under that to fill up/put ice in. It's a litre bottle and has measurements on the back so you can keep track of how much your drinking!
