20.01.2022 THE SWING - for the winter organs Kidney's and Bladder. Begin Slowly with just one swing then build up to 4 times. Be aware this can make some feel light headed so repeat it slowly with a slow breath may also be done in a chair in your body is compromised. Warning if you suffer from vertigo, low blood pressure or other health issues where you feel light headed please avoid this exercise. Enjoy supporting your winter organs.

18.01.2022 Nurturing - Feel good Easy Chicken Noodle Corn Soup Cook time 30 min Ingredients:... 1 onion chopped, 1 Carrot chopped 2 stalks Celery chopped 1 clove garlic - crushed 1 tsp Olive Oil 8 Cups Chicken stock or Bone Broth - homemade or bought 5 Free Range Chicken Tenderloins - score slightly on top for even cooking 250 g sweetcorn kernels tinned or frozen 100 g dried rice noodles broken into pieces 80 g fresh baby Spinach chopped 1 tblspoon Soy Sauce or Tamari Chopped Parsley Salt & Pepper to taste Blend the onion, carrot, celery & garlic - blitz in food processor (not to smooth). Heat oil in pan over medium heat fry gently few minutes. Add the Stock and simmer gently 10 mins Then add the chicken tenderloins and bring back to simmering - Cook for 10 mins or until chicken cooked. Remove the Chicken cool slightly then shred the meat using two forks. Add the corn and noodles to the pot and bring to boil few minutes until noodles are cooked. Taste & add seasoning as desired then Add spinach, parsley and shredded chicken - stir through. Just before serving Add the soy sauce and stir. Serve it's Easy & Delish !

This one is about A new opportunity to check in with yourself and asking yourself a few questions ?... Anywhere in my life is there a new way of doing things ? Am I growing and evolving ? If not Why ? How do I let my Sunshine in OR Let my Sun shine to others and the world ? How do I display my confidence ? Am I coming from Arrogance and Ego OR from a Humble Soul working with my Passion and Purpose ? We will all be Challenged to think in a more Positive and Optimistic way coming from LOVE and spreading goodwill this month. 10.01.2022 Welcome to all my fab followers and hoping your all well & warm. Im hoping to post every 2 weeks again. by request - do my best ! Well here we all are unfortunately iso & lockdown for some areas again - so disappointing However we have a choice to ride the wave as best we can again so I have reposted my Video on FEAR and the Fear Exercise to support everyone who chooses to try it ! Fear of the Unknown is what we are dealing with, life seems to have done a complete tu...rn around again so we need to learn to navigate our world where some have lost loved ones, jobs, businesses, isolated, disconnected the list goes on. We are feeling panicked, confused, anxious and can really only take one day at a time adjusting to the landscape of this issue as best we can. If you are feeling Ok check in to see if anyone else needs support FaceTime is great for this and same if your not having a good day REACH OUT and ask for help it's Ok to feel vulnerable - we are only human. KEY things to remember build your Resiilence, be Aware, Draw on new things to do and learn, Walk in nature if possible really Breathe in the fresh air, Eat Healthy, find more Patience and Tolerance to the issue and those around you, Remember we are all riding this wave together and none of this is our fault. Draw on Peace from all the chaos, madness and unknowns, best of all Be Kind to yourself and others it seems to have been lost a little lately - put into action again - we CAN do it ! 05.01.2022 BEAUTY with BALANCE - BLOG KINESIOLOGY on Zoom could that really work ? In these trying times of COVID-19 it seems everything that can be .... is moving to an on-line platform. First Session by a kind client who gave me permission to post her experience and results, to share so others in the Community can have access to support their health and wellbeing.... After speaking with Sharon about my bad back and general feelings of despondency, she informed me she had moved to Zoom sessions to support her Clients health during lockdown. Would I like to try a Zoom Kinesiology Session ? I had never had a Kinesiology session, could that be effective over the internet ? I've had Chiropractic so I understand how energy healing works, with anticipation I booked an appointment. It was easy to join in at my appointed time on Zoom with Sharon. It began with Sharon explaining how it would work with Muscle Testing and Specific Acupressure Points used to bring the body back to balance or homeostasis. Sharon gave me clear instructions, over and under energy was located, sore points were found with Acupressure points and Meridian Energy lines were cleared. A Positive Psych-K Goal to support my back and body moving forward was set while seated in a positive wholebrain position. RESULTS: I felt I had released and let go, stress levels lower, energy lifted, my pain and discomfort level dropped from a 5 to a 2 by end of session. I felt a shift through my whole body, tingling up my whole spine and across middle of my ribcage which is a power centre for the body. I felt completely supported and light with a positive uplifting goal in place. Amazing modality to experience and it all makes sense bringing the body into balance !
