08.01.2022 BeauVine Food & Wine Festival kicks off tonight so we have put together some last minute tips and pointers to make your experience at BeauVine as enjoyable as possible! First and foremost please check the date and time on your tickets, all tickets are allocated to a specific session and it’s really important that you don’t miss this. We can scan ticket barcodes on your phone and printed copies directly at the gate, so have them ready to go to make everything go smoothly...! We will be scanning and wristbanding 30 minutes before every session starts so you can get in there asap! All drink stalls will be selling takeaway bottles and cartons to take home and enjoy later! To save you the hassle of carrying them around, we have a cloak room for you to store them for the duration of your session! The cloakroom service is completely free. BeauVine Festival is proudly supporting zero2hero and encourages you to consider an optional gold coin donation to one of their team members who will be floating around the event. Please be mindful of local residents as you enter and leave the event. If you opt to drive, be aware that local rangers will be issuing parking infringements. Both cards and cash are acceptable at our event and we have multiple ATMs on site. Tastings are on us for the first two hours of each session and available for purchase thereafter. Tastings, single serves and takeaways will be available for purchase for the full five hours of the session. Be sun smart and slip slop slap! Whilst all of the forecasted and extremely minimal wet weather is set to occur overnight and outside of our event times, make sure to bring a coat if you'd like to be on the safe side. Parking is extremely limited and public transport and Uber are a great way to get to the event. We are only a short stroll away from the Perth train station and there is a bus stop directly outside our entrance. Check out our map or consult the Transperth Journey Planner for more info! Remember to drink responsibly and drink plenty of water. There will be water available both free and for purchase. The Queens Hotel and Hyde Park Hotel is where the official after parties are at and the perfect destination for a post-event drink, dine and dance and will be offering plenty of wonderful specials for BeauVine ticket-holders (check your map on entry ) Most importantly remember BeauVine Festival is a celebration of the best of the culinary, the creative and Perth itself. We want everyone to be able to enjoy a positive atmosphere, so chilled out vibes are the flavour of the day.
