22.01.2022 Proximity is Power If you are anything like me 6 months ago, and have never heard of this before. I urge you to investigate it further. You see, I always thought being a good friend meant sticking around through the shit. ... Letting your friends come cry to you and talking them through the problem. Investing into the drama. What I didn’t realise was that everytime I allowed my friends to do that, it was taking away my energy and my happiness. I’m not saying, turn your back on all your friends! What I am advising is to take a look at who is in your corner! Who is there to support you, encourage you and challenge you to be the best version of yourself? Keep an eye out, for those friends who are leaving you feeling like less of yourself! The ones who come, release a DRAMA TORNADO on you and leave. It is important to recognise who is helping you and who is hindering you. Those you hold closest to you, will be the result of your future. Choose wisely.

20.01.2022 I will no longer feel less than what I am! For many many years I participated in the comparison game. I am not as pretty as her, funny as he, happy or energetic as she. ... Struggling to find clothes that catered to my big booty and broad shoulders, and this is only one of the sizing issues I constantly faced over the last 15 years. Battling with disproportioned self doubt as I scrolled aimlessly through the highlight reel and those moments of the good life that others chose to share. There was no particular moment, I decided to be completely okay with who I was. In fact, years later I am still wondering how I went from a total lack of self-worth to sharing my message with others online! I’ve concluded it was the effect of a million small decisions I made, to be better than I was the day before. I am worthy. I am beautiful. I am growth. I am fulfilled. I am abundance. I am magic. 12.01.2022 This weekend I’m realising that as much as I’ve learned so far... There is still soo much to be learned! Being in a room filled with small business GIANTS, is a huge realisation that I wasn’t quite ready to have! ... Just by being in the room, I am affected by the greatness. Having people around to share their knowledge and experience is HUGE for me, and the support is insane! Just goes to show that elevated people get there by building others up! The skill comes, but only if you have the WILL to make your circumstances better. What is your life looking like right now? What are you doing today, to make sure tomorrow forces you to excel?!
11.01.2022 When you accelerate forward into what you love, you become a flow magnet to everything you deserve. Fear will always be on your shoulder telling you NOT to do something! Your fears are the only things standing in your way of ultimate freedom and greatness. When you have the strength to overcome is when you have the access to build on your dreams. ... Trust us, it doesn’t go away! The higher and harder you accelerate forward the harder those doubt feelings hit! But it is manageable, and the more you overcome the easier it is to recognise that it is only FEAR! It does not really exist until you let it.
