24.01.2022 Hi! I'm Bec. South Australian made, Northern Territory grown, Queensland is home. Formerly a Financial Advisor, currently a Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor. I run private 1-on-1 Reformer Pilates sessions from my home studio, and cover Mat classes here and there. I remember buying the Winsor Pilates DVD's when I was about 19 but truly fell in love with Pilates about 6 years ago. I'd started Reformer Pilates prior to our wedding and loved how much my body changed and how g...ood I felt. With a gymnastics background, I love the similarities to the strength training we used to do. Fast forward to 2 years ago, I decided to complete my Anatomy & Matwork certification, just because I loved it. Then went on to do my Reformer certification last year. I'm beyond excited to be continuing my Pilates journey with @basipilatesaus this year with their comprehensive course.
