15.01.2022 Winner recipe alert! Hard to believe that these few ingredients plus some coconut oil & a pinch of salt made the most delicious moist choccie cake that had the 7 year olds asking for more and never guessing it was flour and butter free! It’s so good, I made it again the next day when I reduced the chocolate, upped the cacao & still had mega success!... 12.01.2022 Digital Decluttering- do you need one? (I’m sure I do!) One of these days I’ll get dressed up for a video rather than being in my gym gear So, here’s the conundrum- you want to build a global empire helping people online, leveraging technology & working smart.... You also want to be savvy about where your attention goes, be purposeful about where you spend your time & be present in your ‘analogue’ life. 06.01.2022 This little lady makes me a better person #1 parenting lesson- we have children who teach us so much more than we can ever hope to teach them! She finds the fun in everything, helping me to be silly and not take life so seriously! (You’ll often find us crazy dancing around the kitchen!) ... She’s a creative bundle of ideas who drives me mad at times with her daydreaming ways which I know will take her far if she follows her amazing dreams! She humours me taking pics of food and when we nearly lost this quiche as it slipped dangerously near the edge of the board, she decided it’s best that she hold it safely and save me from myself! Ironically, it’s a recipe she didn’t actually like as she’s not a feta fan. Hubby and I managed to demolish 1/2 of it for dinner though! Another massive success from #greenkitchenathome cookbook! We’ve been 99% vegetarian & dairy free for the month of Feb and I’ve got a whole heap of scrummy recipes to share when I get my act together on IG sometime in the not too distant future In the meantime, I’ll try and post a link to this recipe in the comments I’d love to know if you give it a whirl so tag me or drop me a comment when you do- it’s easy to make especially if you whip up the pastry in advance so you don’t have to wait for it to chill (it’s gluten free & made with coconut oil) @ Manly, New South Wales, Australia See more
