24.01.2022 Pictured below is the Citadis X05 light rail vehicle. ALSTOM built 60 of these vehicles as part of the Sydney CBD and South East Light Rail project, and they are soon to commence operation! Back in March, BecKen Procurement was lucky enough to see these beauties up close. I travelled to Sydney & Melbourne to conduct Supplier Site Visits and finalise a separate Tender for ALSTOM. I visited numerous ALSTOM sites, including the Lilyfield and Randwick Station works which is where I got to walk inside one of the Citadis X05 vehicles waiting for testing. And they are amazing! I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with ALSTOM and learning the ins-and-outs of railcar manufacture and maintenance.

21.01.2022 BecKen Procurement has graduated and is now a Company! Available for temporary or short-medium term contracts. Travel negotiable. Will consider local projects (office based or remote support) or inter-state assignments (remote or long-distance support). Hold current Public Liability, and Professional Indemnity insurances. Schedule of Fees available on request.
