25.01.2022 Sharing this article found my one my Aloe team members. It’s an interesting read by Dr Peter Dingle who specialises in gut health. He’s quite informative regarding how vitamin C helps fight viruses and infections such as Corona virus. I’m not sure what I think about his comments in regards to vaccines but I think he is referring more to vaccines relating to flu like illnesses not childhood ones so please do not mis read what he writes as anti vaccines. Aside from that, as m...y friend points out... Our aloe is high in vitamin C and if you choose the berry option then you are even better off. 19.01.2022 Whoohoo still no ill side effects from the Arctic-sea! Only taken 1/2 of a daily dose of anti inflammatory in the past 4days and my exercise level has doubled! Feeling pretty good!
