17.01.2022 Amen to this beauties! It has been quite a testing year for most of us & 2020 so far has been pretty unique to say the least! I know for me personally it has been one with quite a few little ‘Aha’ moments. One of the main things I have taken away from having the time to reflect on things is just how much ‘busyness’ I can actually do without! Having to be here or there & having to do this, that & the other. Hmmm...I’ve realised how complicated I allowed life to become, filled ...with things that really didn’t matter. I realised how little time I allowed for things that did, the simple things, including TIME TO LOVE & NURTURE myself. Quiet moments, time to breathe, self care rituals, be it a face mask & a good book, a nightly skincare practice, a body scrub & bath, whatever it may be.
