19.01.2022 It's finally here! Our first ever monthly Oily Club is coming Tuesday the 14th at 7pm! What is Oily Club, you ask...... Well, think book club but essential oils. Once a month we will gather and discuss a particular topic regarding essential oils. With each topic there will be a task to complete over the month, a "roll call" and prizes (for Australia's only). Now here is the thing. The original intention was to run it as a face to face gathering at the Hairy Fairy Emporium, in Margaret River. We were going to have wine and cheese and lots of laughs and sharing experiences, but given the current situation, we have moved Oily Club to an online video chat platform, called Zoom, so everyone, from far and wide can join us. 08.01.2022 This has become my new go to when I'm craving something sweet. Chocolate Chia Pudding with COYO vanilla bean probiotic yogurt and berries. It's super easy to make and is super filling. What you need... 1/3 cup Chia seeds I used 400ml tin of coconut milk but you can use any non dairy milk of your choice.... 1 tbsp of cacao powder (Not cocoa) Squirt of maple syrup or you could use another natural sweetener How do you make it. Simple, just mix all ingredients in a bowl till they are well combined, put in the fridge and leave to set. I leave it over night so it's ready for breakfast.
