09.01.2022 Hi Team, it's just over 2 weeks before the Gold Coast Marathon and I just wanted to wish all those participating the best of luck with the rest of your lead-up training & the event itself. Whether you're doing the 10km, half or the full 42km, remember to race your own race, look around & enjoy the day. I will be running the full marathon with my girlfriend Alyse, so I hope to see you there. ;-D

09.01.2022 G’day All, I started the Be Confident part of my fitness business about 7 years ago; however, I didn’t do much with it. I could say life got in the way... I should say I met a girl and got distracted, then after her I met another girl and stayed distracted. Typical me! The ironic thing is that these two ex-girlfriends actually play a big part in why I’ve decided that it’s now time to resurrect this side to my health and fitness business as well as a number of other people. M...y personal training moto for over 10 years has been ‘20% Exercise, 80% Nutrition, 100% Headspace’. It’s the headspace part that I’m now working on by stepping into Life Coaching and Counselling, focusing on victims of domestic violence, especially male victims, PTSD, suicide, online abuse, poor parenting, workplace bullying and other issues that I have direct experience with. So watch this space and if you or anyone you know are dealing with any of the issues I’ve mentioned or something else, I’m more than happy to talk as these issues definitely need to be talked about.
