This recipe is inspired by the one and only Jamie Oliver and is full of the good stuff like antioxidants and calcium! Frozen Berry and Yoghurt Bowl 1/4 cup frozen raspberries ... 1 banana (I used fresh, but you can use frozen) 3 tablespoons natural yoghurt 1 square dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa) Blend fruit together and pour into a serving bowl, add natural yoghurt and stir to combine.
