25.01.2022 ....Reasons to avoid shampooing every day..... 1. If you colour your hair- it will fade quicker 2. Your hair doesn't have to time replenish its natural oils which can lead to split ends.... 3. Your scalp can dry out and in most cases will start overproducing oil to compensate which can leave your hair greasy at the roots and dry on the ends. 4. More washing can mean more drying and heat styling which causes breakage. 5. Slightly dirty hair is eaiser to style if you want more body or to put it up.
