22.01.2022 What's your version of 'success'? To me, a successful career/business means: Enjoying the work that I do, and looking forward to my weeks... Doing work that plays to my strengths and skills, challenges me and puts me in a state of ‘flow’ Earning an abundant income (this will mean different figures for different people!) Doing work that creates a sense of purpose and service to the world Contributing in a positive way to others Doing work that enables freedom and flexibility to dedicate to other areas of my life, including personal interests, family, friends and wellbeing Being surrounded by inspiring people that I enjoy working with What does a successful career look and feel like for YOU? 09.01.2022 What are some of the amazing things that went RIGHT for you this week? So often we reflect on our work and think back at the end of the week about all of the things that went "wrong" or that we feel didn't quite go according to plan, and skip over all of the awesome things that happened or that we were able to move forward with. Some of the things I'm most proud of this week include: ... Coaching some incredible women not feeling aligned with their careers to find clarity on their next steps; Several wins in my consulting business; Taking massive action in a mastermind I'm part of right now; Setting up my new microphone and lighting for video and podcast recording in my home office; Setting up further automations and tech systems to support me in the back end of my business; Scheduling and setting up my priorities for next week so I can hit the ground running on Monday. 05.01.2022 YOU are in charge of the work that you do. Only YOU can change or pivot. Only YOU can take action.... And... it is YOUR responsibility to take control of where you are in your career or business right now. This can be confronting, but it's also super empowering, right?
