Numbers will be limited as we follow the guidelines for social distancing. If you would like to reserve your spot for 9.30-10.45am yoga flow Wednesday 10th June please DM me here! Address (Doonan, Sunshine Coast) will be given with reservation. ... The cost of the class is $15 cash or you can bank transfer me if thats easier. I will also honour any active passes you have purchased with me at Shambhala Yoga Shala while they take a little break over the winter Looking forward to seeing you all in real life for some yoga medicine..... and stay for a tea and chat afterwards if you feel so inclined @ Doonan

22.01.2022 Thank you so much everyone who has checked in over the weekend Yes it was a wild wild weekend of weather and our sanctuary in Doonan was right in amongst the hardest hit areas. Luckily we weren’t home at the time as it would have been very scary to be in the house when the storm hit! We were extremely lucky to have only minor damage to our home and deck but a few of our neighbours have had trees through the roof ... Those of you who have practiced on the deck will probably know this beautiful tree that came down (see pic). This has been home to lots of our beautiful birds for quite some time. Sad to see it go but I know how beautifully the forest will bounce back Sending my love to everyone I hope you are all safe and well. No classes on the deck this week. We are taking some time away to rest and restore and will also need to clean up our home and street there is still no power to the area and lots of trees down. Classes will resume Monday 9th November! I look forward to seeing you then

21.01.2022 Beautiful people Its been a difficult few weeks as we face this global health crisis! Praying for all my brothers and sisters around the world! ... We will pull through this and we will come back stronger I will be honouring the new restrictions in place as of midday today and will not be offering any group classes until further notice its time to work together as a community to protect each other. For me this is a perfect reminder that yoga is not something that happens only on our mats. Im definitely seeing this as precious time to delve deeper into my own personal practice. To surrender to what is...... and rather than resist it, see it as an opportunity for growth. Im hoping to bring you a few classes online in the next week or so to keep you nourished and help curb the crazy (mine and yours ). But more than anything lets reach out to each other! Send silly memes that you know will make someone laugh. If you are braving the shops put the word out to your neighbours and grab them some groceries too! Check on your friends and keep each other in high spirits! Humans are amazing and resilient. I cant wait until I can squeeze you all again and we can come back together with a deeply restored gratitude for each other and our community . . . . #yogaoffthemat #sunshinecoastyoga #thisisyoga #community

17.01.2022 Yesterday was the offical end of my journey with this bunch of amazing women (although I have a feeling it’s really just the beginning). As the day came to a close we were asked to reflect on what we had gained both personally and professionally from this training. I honestly could have written a 3 page essay!!!! Carrie (Joymamma HypnoBirthing & Yoga) your knowledge and wisdom was shared so generously. I have never felt so inspired and encouraged by a mentor. You are incre...dible at what you do and I’m so glad that you have created this course! To the amazing women who journeyed with me..... I feel so lucky to have met you all. You are an incredible, kind and open heated bunch of bad ass women. You all so passionate about what you do and I’ve been inspired by each and every one of you. Can’t wait to see how this manifests for you all! The future of birthing is in good hands
