Of course, staff are included in the price, they will arrive one hour before your serving time to set up the carvery and salad buffet. When you are ready they will carve the meats directly to your guests plates. Upon completion of service they will then clean up and leave. $15.50 per guest (Surcharge applies for under 50 guests)
