You cant hit PBS everyday and you cant throw weights around like Ronnie everyday either. - - But if youve had a crappy nights sleep and you are still healthy, just stick to you normal routine: 1. Drink your water 2. Hit your macros 3. Have some coffee 4. Take your vitamins 5. Get some sun 6. Get out your training diary and just get it done - - You will likely feel better because you got it done and you will probably sleep better that night too if you get some activity in, even if you feel tired and drained. Dont beat yourself up if its not the best workout youve ever done. 07.01.2022 Does low calorie = healthy? I’m answering a big question for you today. My clients often ask me if automatically choosing low-calorie options will improve their diet and overall health. And here’s my answer:... I don’t know To be honest, there’s a lot more to think about when it comes to food. What do the macros look like? How does it taste? Do you enjoy eating it? Are you only eating low-calorie options because you think they’re healthier? Do you need to be eating in a deficit or a surplus to reach your goals? The truth is, there are no magic foods or a magic number of calories that says a food is good or bad for you. It all depends on your goals and preferences. So, I guess my response to my client’s questions are eat low-calorie options if you like. Or don’t. It’s not the end of the world if you have a calorie dense meal. Mostly along my jaw line as a result of my endometriosis and the change in my hormonal pill but also along my temples and all over my forehead. -... - My skin has usually been pretty good and Id only break out a little as monthly cycle kind of thing so I was honestly pretty upset when all this started to happen back in March. - - It really did cause issues with my confidence and I stopped going outside and doing things I liked for 2 weeks solid. I really did hide away from people and activities I would normally enjoy. - - Slowly I took time out to do my best to heal my skin as much as possible with the tools I had here in Bali. - - These were the things I found to be significantly helpful in improving my skin 1.
