24.01.2022 Some great advice from Agriculture Victoria on safely transporting your livestock to market. Did you know that curfewing stock (holding them off feed and water) prior to transport is a requirement for some markets? It also significantly improves the way the animals travel, how they look when they reach their destination & food safety at processing.

He knows his stuff, first getting behind the wheel of a livestock truck when he was 13 years old (yep, the road rules were a little lax back then in South Africa...). Hes the most honest & reliable person I know - give him a shout!
