We are missing the interaction with you guys, sharing a laugh, hosting a celebration, cooking you a lovely restaurant meal, hearing a joke, the Wednesday night happy hours and meat raffle, the footy tipping and picking on Docker supporters!, the special live entertainment evenings, the full houses of guests mingling with locals and making new friends, having the privilege of wedding receptions and anniversar...y parties and so much more. Whilst we all get through this Covid19 together please know we cannot wait to welcome you all back to the Bedford Arms Hotel in the near future. 19.01.2022 Hi Everyone. Christmas is less than a month away. Getting exciting. 2020 Christmas Party Bookings have been coming in quickly and larger group Christmas functions start from tonight. Tonight we have limited seating available in the beer garden whilst a large Christmas function has already booked the space. During the month of December, If your planning to dine in or order takeaway at the Bedford Arms Hotel, we please ask for your patience on some of our busier nights. The...re will be again a couple of select nights that we know the restaurant will be fully booked and no dining in or takeaway sales can be accommodated though we are limiting these as much as possible to save any locals missing out. 18.01.2022 Thank you for everyones patience with the rules and new normals that we are all experiencing. Last night we had a very busy bar and resturant and everyone still is doing there bit to work with the new rules. THIS SATURDAY the rules are being eased again which is great for the social butterflies who like to stand and drink :) Also you wont need to sign in to the contact register. Bookings for the restaurant are still highly recommended to have you enjoy a lovely meal in our heated restaurant spaces.

17.01.2022 Hi Brookton & Surrounds. We are all very excited with the news that WA is starting to reopen. With this news we wanted to update you on the Bedford Arms, your local pub. Whilst we wont be opening on Monday 18 May, we are working out the most viable way to allow us to reopen and adhere to all the guidelines the government has put in place. We do miss our seeing our local faces and look forward to being able to serve you once again soon! As soon as we have further details on our reopening you will be the first to know. We thank you for your ongoing support of the bottle shop and our take away nights and hope that we can continue to ask for your local support while we work through this because we will need your support more than ever to get open and running again. 15.01.2022 Attention dog owners - whilst we love nothing more than having your fur-baby drop in for the odd puppy-chino we do have to ask that whilst there are confirmed cases of Parvovirus in the Brookton/Pingelly area that you do not bring your dog to the pub. As Parvovirus is a transmittable virus, in the interest of keeping our own fur-babies and your fur-babies safe, we are not allowing dogs in the beer garden or bar for the short term. Thanks for your understanding and we hope to welcome our furry friends back soon.

12.01.2022 It’s going to be a horrible week for a lot of people & businesses. Ripple effects are being felt everywhere and we aren’t restricted to this 5 day lockdown here in Brookton though a full week of Accomodation has had to cancel there stay with us and a large function booked in for Sunday lunch. But we are all better to be save than sorry later. We shared the info of the covid positive persons movements reported to us all and one of our guests due to come and stay with us has b...een at one of the venues on the dates mentioned so was going to get tested straight away in perth. It can be such an important test to make sure you innocently aren’t passing the virus on. So for us it’s business as usual unless anything changes with government lockdown rules. We will all get through this and fingers crossed the 5 days is all it takes to squash this outbreak. Picture below is the movements of the covid positive person. 10.01.2022 These past few weeks our hotel accomodation has been alive with lots of city visitors wanting to visit & stay in regional centers and spend their money locally which is amazing. We love hearing their stories and feedback on their stays and one thing is always common in how welcoming our town is and how nice it is speaking with locals in our bar & restaurant. They enjoy getting to know how farming and rural towns work. This morning we say goodbye to more guests who stayed and enjoyed their time in Brookton including Nathan & his family who initially booked for 1 night for a country escape from the city and has stayed 3 nights. They are coming back next school holidays to enjoy it all again. Was a treat hearing about his young daughters adventures on finding ghosts and a nasty troll under a bridge . Kids imaginations are awesome.

07.01.2022 Unfortunately with the recent reporting of parvovirus in Brookton Pingelly we have had to make the decision that SANTA PAWS IS NO LONGER COMING TO TOWN!! We are devastated by this but cannot risk the health your fur babies. We can assure you we will be bringing Santa Paws back to town in 2021.

04.01.2022 Thank you to everyone for making our re-opening and the past few days amazing. It has made us feel like their is life in the Bedford Arms Hotel again. The restaurant has been very missed by you all and bookings throughout this week continue to come in. A big thanks for your patience and understanding to the new rules in place such as signing into the register book on arrival, being seated when enjoying a drink and observing the staffs directions with allowances for guests p...er/m2 rule imposed on our licensed venue. They arent terrible rules to follow but we do hope they are relaxed further soon with government advice. With the current rules in place, we do have to postpone bringing our Wednesday happy hours & meat raffle back for the short term. 03.01.2022 Happy 3 year anniversary. We opened the doors 3 years ago today not knowing what to expect. Well we have been so lucky to have met amazing locals which we are lucky to call new friends, we have built a great business and adopted new family of work colleagues that always strive to give customers the best experience. Looking back on the first night, we didnt expect the place to fill to the brim like it did but what a night it was. Do you remember opening night? Whats your fa...vourite memory to share with us over the past 3 years.
