An evocative combination of rich earthy and softly sweet aromas. The strong woody floral note of Halmadi, a beautiful resin is balanced by the crisp freshness of high altitude Himalayan Juniper. A wonderful incense for uplifting and opening the heart. An effective purifier, eliminating negativity. Also balances the vastu, or Ayurvedic energetic alignment, in the space.

23.01.2022 From Be Reiki, to Be Earthed. . .... I feel like I am living in a washing machine most days this year. So much in flux, so much falling away, so many upgrades and in the shedding I am also discovering lots of fresh clarity, new templates and new work offerings that are keeping me deep in my creative cave. There has already been a lot of changes to how I work and there will be a lot more heading into 2021. . . With this in mind it was time to bring the "Be Reiki' product range of my business The Space In Between @saraspaceinbetween more in alignment with where I am headed. Be Earthed will still be the home to the much loved "Reiki Blankets" however the range is going to be extended to include a LOT more Plant Magic support. All the things I am inviting my clients and students to work with to help them to come into harmony with their true nature and to recognise that the magic of nature is within them. Through working with + honouring the plant and tree spirits they can teach us so much on how to navigate the shifting of ages that we are moving through. I continue to be in awe and blown away of their magic. . . Thanks to Sharon's @shamanicenergytraining teaching + mentoring over the last few years she helped me realign to my authentic lineages & open a door way to remembering and through the loving guidance of my ancestors the hedgewitch has awoken in my heart and I am absolutely loving creating my own plant essences, balms, teas and oils. I have shared these products with those that have participated in my Lotus 'Reflection' Pod journey this year and with a lot more Plant Pods on the way in 2021 a full range of products has started to pour through. Be Earthed will be their home. . . So stay tuned x Sara

22.01.2022 The word incense comes from Latin incendere meaning "to burn". Ancient in its usage, humans have been burning incense for THOUSANDS of years (true story!). Incense burners have been found from ancient artefacts from egypt + china that are literally thousands of years old. Incense has been used for centuries for practical reasons like insect repellant, killing bacteria in the air + to counteract "other" smells, to its mystical capacities for cleansing space, spirit offerings,... prayer carrying and blessing capacity in ritual + ceremony. . . Confession. I fricken LOVE incense. I am obsessed. Yet, I am also very fussy with my incense. So much of the incense sold today is incredibly toxic in terms of how it's made and the chemical fragrances it's made with. I am always on a quest for amazing incense, so much so that my friends call me the "Incense Queen". haha. I have been on the hunt for a long while for some more natural incense to share with you all and am delighted today to announce this new range I am a stockist for. . . 10.01.2022 I have been taking this Blue Lotus Remedy since the start of 2020 and love it so so much silk for the nervous system. 10.01.2022 For lovers of the Alchemical Trinity I now have them as a pack of three in my shop. These little guys have allowed me to move through the chaos of this year with so much more grace then I imagine I would have without them. Often I am asked, which one should I start with? I would tend to start with Liberation as it's the rocket ship which will help you to clear old memories and timelines from the past that are keeping you stuck. Redemption is incredible for clearing old patterns + resetting habits. Lotus is silk for the nervous system and can be worked with by herself or to be taken alongside the others as a companion to compliment the work of the other two remedies.
